Welcome to St. Croix River Resort. Listed below are some commonly asked questions and a few rules and regulations at our resort. If you have additional questions, please contact us!

What do I do upon arrival?

All visitors must stop in the office and register upon arrival. A vehicle pass will be issued at that time.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in time is 4 p.m. and check out is 11 a.m.

Can I bring in firewood?

No, due to the Ash borer disease we do not allow you to bring in your own firewood unless it has a DNR certified tag. We sell firewood at the store.

Is Alcohol allowed on the premises?

Alcohol is allowed at your campsite or in your rental. Alcohol is not allowed in any of the public areas.

Can I have fireworks?

No, fireworks are not permitted within the resort.

Can I bring my ATV?

Yes, ATV's are allowed to ride in and out to the trails only. They are not to be used to ride around the resort or to the store or bathrooms.

How far are the ATV trails?

The St. Croix State Forest trails are 3/4 of a mile from the resort. They also connect with the Gandy Dancer Trails. The office staff can provide you with a copy of the St. Croix State Forest map.

When is quiet time?

Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Can I have my radio/music on after quiet time?

Quiet means surrounding sites can't hear you. All music should be turned off during quiet time.


All kids must be back at their own campsite or with their parent at dark.


Hours are posted outside the pool. Any adult can enforce the rules. No food, drinks or glass in the pool area.


Please keep your pets leashed at all times and please pick up after them. Mutt Mitt stations can be found through out the park.
