This week, we’re going to give you a few tips and recipes to jump start your healthy-eating habits heading into the New Year. Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Balls

They may not sound healthy, but these are basically a protein bar that tastes like dessert! Made with peanuts, peanut butter and dates, they’re delicious and healthy!

No-Bake Mini Fruit Pizzas

You can use any combination of fruit you’d like with these, and the kids will love them! Use fun colors to make these fruit pizzas extra festive!
